On purchase of any item from our stock the item will have a replacement guarantee for twelve months. Should any item fail during this time it must be returned with copy of invoice for direct replacement.

If any item is purchased by mistake and returned it would attract a 20% re-stocking fee except in the case of pcb's see below.

Pcb's by nature are easily damaged by handling and incorrect installation, often this may not be visable and should any pcb be returned as either un-wanted or suspected faulty we reserve the right to have the item tested by our supplier.

However all pcbs are hermetically sealed by our suppliers and if returned sealed no testing charge will be necsarsary.

On many pcb we offer a recycling incentive: that is should you wish to return your old faulty unit we will refund upto £20 of the purchase price. Return old pcb's second class recorded (£2.65) please include a note or copy of invoice so we can alocate the refund.

When taking advantage of the recycling incentive purchaser should return their old pcb within 30 days in oder to apply the discount and process payment . After this time any recycling payments will be based on true value usually £8.00 or less.

Where goods are despatched with tamper seals the warrantee is voided should the seals be damaged. Any goods returned suspected of being faulty where seals are broken will be subject refunded for scrap value or not more than 50% of the original cost.

Refunds and recycling payments are made within 10 days and by the method of original payment.

Unfortunately postage is not refundable under any circumstances when returning an item.

All PCB's are sent by Royal Mail delivery first class to arrive next day unless otherwise stated.

Heavy items pumps, fans etc will be sent by first class recorded delivery and should arrive next working day.

Any items sent and not received will be for us to claim against the courier, a further item will be sent should the original not arrive after two working days.

In the event of an item being damaged in transit please contact us on arrival in order for us to replace the item. Should any item be suspected faulty or damaged or incomplete it must be returned to us within ten working days either for replacement or refund.

No refunds will be given unless the faulty damaged item is returned unused and with original packaging.

These simple terms are governed by English law and your common law rights.
